Twitter Use Jumps from Nov. 2010

As of May 2011, 13% of online US adults use the status update service Twitter, up 62.5% from 8% who did so in November 2010, according to data from the Pew Internet & American Life Project. Slightly more than half (54%) of Twitter users access the service via cell phone.
